Our Vision & Mission
We seek to buy whole businesses or partner for mutual ownership in order to drive serious growth in our communities. To ensure the optimal fit, we look for:
- Demonstrated track record of commerciality
- EBITDA of $1 - $5 million and enterprise values of $3 - $30 million with significant upside potential
- Western Canada-based
- Industry-agnostic, with emphasis on consumer services and products and tech-lagging service businesses
- Excluding oil and gas, renewable energy, real estate, high-tech (R&D intensive), or startups
